About

I come from a simple family of factory workers, from a small neighborhood in Bucharest, Romania. Although my parents don’t have high degrees they raised me on values like integrity, honesty, autonomy. 

Ever since I was little, I knew I had to make it on my own, so I got my first job at 15 and haven’t stopped working since. Although at the beginning my jobs were unqualified jobs, as I hadn’t graduated from high school yet, I learned from each and every one – I learned about people, I learned about my own limitations, I learned that there is no limit when you know your “why”.

Since than, I’ve graduated from university – major in Business and Administration, a masters in Human resources and many training courses in training and facilitation, project management, neurolinguistic programming, coaching, entrepreneurship, business planning and PR.

I’ve had the chance to develop and implement national and international programs, facilitating multicultural conversations, bridging communities across borders and self limiting beliefs.

Besides the professional accomplishments, for the last 9 years I’ve been exploring spirituality through various meditation techniques, yoga and alternative therapies, dynamic, dancing, singing, constellations, etc.

I’ve been exploring and understanding the journey that brought me here in order to be able to transmit to my kids, to participants in workshops or entrepreneurs I coach, a healthy growth mindset, which can only be achieved when you look at your self as a whole.
